RESTORATIVE YOGA

This practice helps you rest your body and relax your mind, giving opportunity for you to become more connected and grounded in your body. This practice challenges you to slow down your thoughts and allow your body to be still. Restorative yoga poses help to calm you when feeling anxious or experiencing trauma-related stressors. We utilize pillows, blankets, and/or bolsters. Vibe out to some relaxing music, enjoy the aesthetics of a comforting room, and be guided through resting poses.

DOULA/MATERNAL & MENTAL HEALTH

Supporting stakeholders by providing culturally-led maternity education and care. As a doula I am committed to improving birth related health outcomes.

I also provide prenatal yoga through doula care or as a ritual through pregnancy for birthing parents and families. I am a certified yoga instructor and have led large group, company, and one on one restorative yoga sessions with Black women and women of color.
