Restorative Healing & Wellness Guide|Rest Promoter|Graceful Lover|Free as a Bird

I love a good rest session. That’s when I intentionally allow my body, and mind to relax without pressure from societal expectations. It’s that special time for me to just be. That’s why I created a restorative healing and wellness practice that’s centered around rest. I use guided breath work, mindfulness, and gentle body movement to liberate us to rest and heal in our own way.

I’m also a (w)holistic writer! Currently as a doctoral candidate in social work. My writing tells stories of strength about the healing strategies Black women utilize to take care of themselves.
